Vaughn White is an advocate for change. 

With over 30 years of practicing both civil and criminal law, Vaughn has the knowledge and skills to take on the complexity of your case and fight on your behalf. 

His mission is to change the life and situations of his clients for the better and to champion their cause in the courtroom, resulting in clients with restored dignity and freedom to move forward with their lives. 

During the last 30+ years, he has represented both creditors and debtors in cases ranging from estates with no money to estates with millions of dollars at stake. He has successfully litigated many collection matters in multiple state and federal jurisdictions, including Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Massachusetts, handling trial and appellate matters. 

Vaughn is a fluent Spanish speaker who makes sure that his clients are able to understand every step of the process because  he knows that communication is key. 

He actively volunteers and financially supports numerous charitable and community-based organizations, including HOPE Worldwide, Chicago Skyline Afterschool Project.

In addition to his Illinois law license, Vaughn is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois and the Kane County Bar Association.
